In 2010, the shares in “Da Vinci Bauträger GmbH" were sold.

From this point onwards AMT Unternehmensberatungsges. MbH as independent independent developer and has already successfully completed several projects. Our latest project in Liesing, named after address P11, has now been handed over to the new owners. Further projects – including one in Hietzing and one at Wilhelminenberg – are in preparation. In addition, there is now a residential project with 15 apartments in a prime location in the 14th district in the recreational area Steinhof in the immediate vicinity of the Dehnepark.
